Tactics Design Corporation is the sole owner of the information collected on www.fishtactics.com^TM and www.fishingderbyonline.com including all sub-domains. Tactics Design Corporation collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Websites. If you want to register as a member of the FishTactics Network Websites, we ask you for a unique username, your email address, and your location of residence. This information allows us to ensure that you are able to access and use our on-line services and for us to contact you regarding these service offerings. If you wish to receive an email newsletter we only request a valid email address be given.



In order for users to register for the Websites, the user must choose an unique username that they will log into the Websites with. An email address is required for registration so that a randomly generated password can be sent to the new user.
