Tactics Design Corporation is the sole owner of the information collected on www.fishtactics.comTM and including all sub-domains. Tactics Design Corporation collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Websites. If you want to register as a member of the FishTactics Network Websites, we ask you for a unique username, your email address, and your location of residence. This information allows us to ensure that you are able to access and use our on-line services and for us to contact you regarding these service offerings. User Password

In order for users to register for the Websites, the user must choose an unique username that they will log into the Websites with. An email address is required for registration so that a randomly generated password can be sent to the new user.

If the user selects his/her email address as their username, the user will disclose their email address to other users and third parties. If users provide an email address or their FishTactics network username when submitting a catch record on a Dockside Terminal, the Websites will send them an email with a specific link to the where their catch record is located.

Service Announcements

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an email.
